Easy Saver and Proflowers.com Allow fraudulant activity on peoples accounts san diego, California

This company has charged a fradulent charge on my debit card for the amount of $53.96.  When I called the company to advice them about the charge they told me that there is nothing they can do but to file a fraud report and that's about it.  They didn't offer to help me in any way or to refund me the charge even when I proved to them that I didn't make any purchase with them.  Proflowers.com basically told me that they are going to allow the charge to go through even though they know it was a fradulent charge.  They even went further to tell me that there was another charge for about $100 but that wasn't showing on my account yet and they wouldn't do anything about that etheir.  They people there are very unpleasent to deal with and unprofessional.  I bet that if I would have just told them to ask them to cancel my order I wouldn't go through the torture I went through with their company.  Be aware before you purchase anything from them because if you call thier customer service you will go through hell!!!
