Upon paying $19.99 for a Birth Certificate to be delivered in 2-5 days, I was rerouted to another internet service company to pay an additional $25.00 for the Birth Certificate that I should have received from the first company- www.Easybirthcertficate.com. I tried to immediately reverse the fee, but was stopped and then tolv via email that this was a dead issue. My money was not to be returned. When I complained through PayPal, I was told this could take up to 30 days to be resolved and even then, it might not end in my favor. ...BUYER BEWARE!!
