eazysmoke.com lied to me about there product and where there company is. Lighthouse, Fl.

I would like to report easysmoke.com. They seal products that dont do what they say. I ordered mine decause they advertise there products will held to stop smoking todacco products. well they made me smoke more not less and i was wanting to quit without putting nicotine in my body. I spent 60$ on there product that dont work and they will not let me retune it or give my money back. There office is listed to be in Lighthouse, Fl. but my order came from Arazona and my credit card was charged from china and this is how it showed up on my credit caed statment 888 GENUS OR EZYSK .so my money was sent to china for a product that looks and smell like yard trimings and sure didnt help me to quit smoking tobacco products just made me use more. I am on a fix  income SSI  income and have a goverment issued debit cardwith master card logo and now eazysmoke wont cancual my membership or erase my credit card information. All i want was a nonnickotine  alturnative to quit smoking because the nickotine alturnatives make me vary sick. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN OR AT LEAST GET THERE WEBSITE INVESTAGATED.
