I placed a order for Burning Brush saplings via www.eBurgess.com , After 2 months, many phone calls with very rude customer service and unanswered emails and other emails saying they were shipped, but cant provide a tracking number. I never received the order.

I finally checked the Rip Off report and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had done this prior to ordering. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office, we will see how this goes. I suggest all others who have not received a satisfactory response from this company to visit this site and also file a complaint Ill. ATTY. Gen. Consumer complaints Hopefully this very unscrupulous company will be shut down.
