Eclassified Conglomerate, Inc Dba EZRentlist.com Fraudulent Company with No Real Listings, Denies Refund, and a Downright Scam Van Nuys California

The few listings that do show up are usually old. One person even laughed at me when I called. The other few listings are available on craigslist and not just with EZRentlist as they advertise.

The staff, especially the refund manager, is not trained and does not understand the terms of the contract that they wrote. If you find a listing through a property management company that happens to have 1 listing somewhere with them, they will try to deny you a refund.

If you do go through the months long process and are persistent to get a refund, they may tell you it will be a full refund, but only give you half.

The fax number never ever works and they don't care.

The listings are not in fact updated that regularly.

Chris, the owner, likes to be rude on messages, although tries to sound polite and caring in actual conversations "you know I have to get these employees paid." Well, that may be so if they actually did anything.

This is honestly the worst business I have ever been in contact with and is severly injustice which is what outrages me the most.
