EDMUND ESPINOSA / TNT AUTO REPAIR I WAS RIPPED-OFF, LIED TO, CHEATED!! fraudulent ripoff business LOS ANGELES California

On February 1 2003 approx. i took a chevy astro mini-van to have some carburator work done to it.

I was charged 95.00 and when i recieved my vehicle after waiting for them to work on it about 8 hours while he worked on others at the same time, i was finally given the vehicle back and was told i had at least 2 month of warranty on it, so if i had any problems i could bring it back and they would work on it for free.

Well after a few days i began having the same problems as i did previously, the engine light would go on on my dash and the car would lose power.

After taking it in several other times (more than 12 times to be exact) for one thing or another resulting in the same problem again and again and again costing me several hundred dollars since i was unable to work several day due to this problem being unresolved or my van repaired as promised! The owner of the company told me to bring it back and they would install a different carburator at no fee to me.

So i returned on April 15 2003 which was still under the warranty protection to have him install the new carburator on my vehicle, and was informed by his brother who apparently is the new owner.

Carlos Espinosa said he would repair my vehicle but would charge me since the warranty wasn't covered under the new ownership, no way was i going to do that and get SCREWED again, so i am writing you this letter asking for help or advice on how to handle this situation.

Due to the fact that this individual Edmund Espinosa failed to inform me according to Carlos Espinosa, and that he was going out of business before i left his shop on March of 2003 otherwise i would have had him repair my vehicle the same day.

Now i am stuck with a vehicle that has stalled on me several times before which i use for work since i am a courier and need my vehicle in order to make a living.
I really dont know what i can do now except pay someone else to fix it which will cost me several hundred again to have my vehicle repaired as needed.

If you have any advice on how i can handle this and if a lawsuit would be in order let me know.
