EDP Reporting, Fraudlent charge to my checking account without authorization North Hollywood California

Very tricky and dirty business. Applied for secure MasterCard card from EDP Reporting/ Card Co. mentioned above. They charged my checking account on 08/31/2006 for $159.95 to be put on my card when I receive so I would have money to spend. They sent the card 2 months later; to pass the 60 days limit for any customer to ask his/her bank to refund a fraud on his/her account.

After I received the card, the customer service sent an email stating that the 159.95 is an activation fee, which was not mentioned anywhere and in fact, it was mentioned in big font letters, FREE MASTERCARD. I think the governor should act toward suck business to protect the country and Americans from being ripped by theives.
