EDP Stole $159.95 from my bank account Ripoff Internet

I discovered an unauthorized dedection of $159.95 on my bank statement. The bank says it was paid to EDP with a phone number of 800-430-0672.

Their website gives you the option of email, live chat online, or phone operator. There is no phone operator. The recording tells you to email them. There is no live online chat. Their chat operators are always "unavailable". When you email them, there is no response.

I have filed paperwork with the bank and the Federal Trade Commission about this company's practices. I will be filing a report with the local police department and the District Attorney this week.
