ordered a faucet part from them. had no contact whatsover (email or phone) after they stated that they would contact me when my item shipped. got the part 11 days after ordering. turns out i ordered the wrong part and called them hoping to return it and get the part i needed instead (new part was more $) they told me that they do not accept returns on parts. i asked them to show me where this policy was listed online, the customer service rep sent me through 3 different links that finally got me to this fine print that stated that they dont accept returns on parts. when ordering there would be no way to see this policy unless you were lost on the site.
