Made an error in my order, but cancelled by telephone within 5 minutes. Then placed the correct order. They held the order for 5 days and then shipped it anyway - but without the island name so it was delayed 6 weeks. This was an international shippment that required extra shipping charges from the freight company plus duty plus broker fees! Then they wouldn't accept a return saying I was past the 30 days! Nasty people.
