We bought a tub and had to return it and they have yet to refund what they said they would refund: only one third of a $400+ purchase. Plus, they refuse to pick it up as a return. It will cost about $300 to have it hauled away. They said for me to call Goodwill! Terrible service, terrible place to purchase anything. Nuria NYC
