Dear Customers of Effort Trust,

Have you known that Effort Trust has hired Event Security to do most of there commercial properties.

I know for a fact that Event Security has been going beyond "what a security company should be doing" by doing the following:

1. He advised his "security staff" that are not even licensed in Ontario to go and get licence plate numbers of kids doing problems at the following location 438 Hwy # 8 in Stoney Creek.

2. In turn he gives the license plates to the police in hamilton and they give the owner of Event Security the information on the plates and he send the plate owner a rude letter.

3. Event Security staff is not profesional at all (a dog) is more polite then his staff (Tony) is a idiot as well..

Its up to all of you Tenants of Effort Trust to call Effort Trust and Demand to get Event Security removed from all there properties.

I have now contacted the media in Hamilton regarding Event having private information from license plate owners.

Just a Letter and Jotting Down License Plate Numbers? That's NOT a RIp-Off!

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, November 11, 2007

I have to admit I don't know much about Canada -- I was only there ONCE in my life to visit my relatives who live in Ontario near Kitschner but I WILL say that ANYBODY can take down a license plate number and call it in to the cops in Texas or anywhere else in the US.

IF the cops choose to act, THEN the people who broke the law have a problem.

TEACH YOUR KIDS TO OBEY THE LAW.

If the kids are minding their own business and not speeding or vandalizing or drinking an driving ( or doing drugs and driving) AND these guys are harrassing them, then they need to make a tape of the entire incident form their cellphone camera and the parent needs to get an attorney to sue the security company.

YOU PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT A LETTER!
Get real.

A LETTER isn't going to hurt you nearly as much as a TRAFFIC CITATION or a series of them where they can ARREST you if you don't pay and charge you a "service fee" of additional payments for year until your fine is paid! --IF you can't afford to pay all at once.

You guys ought to be down here and you would have something to complain about!
