El Sol Investments, Inc Andes Foods Company Pays NO RENT chciago, Illinois

I am a landlord who has been trying to evict Aurelio Barahona from my building for the past 2 months, since he is 6 months behind on rent.  Mr. Barahona who runs the business El Sol Investments, Inc and Andes Foods Company has failed to pay his rent.  After several attempts to collect from him we are in the process of eviction.  My attorney has personally spoken to him and he says he is leaving.  Today, I had enough, he was supposed to be out and he has not moved 1 item from the building. 

Please be aware if you are renting to him.  He is clean cut - very personable individual who doesn't pay rent.  Very misleading.  He seems to know the system becuase when I gave him a 10, 15 and 30 day notice prior to obtaining an attorney he replied everytime that he was not leaving until I evicted him.

I still have in my possession a check for his February payment that I cannot cash becuase there is never funds in the account.  When he did pay his rent, it was always late and many times the checks would bounce.

I am making this report becuase Mr. Barahona doesn't answer phone calls and avoids being served by the Sheriff  I just found out he is renting a new spot at 6150 S.Pulaski Rd., Chicago and has two new phone numbers. 

I recommend to avoid doing business with him at all cost.
