Company's contract is full of excessive (HIDDEN) charges, including auto renewal and hard to cancel contracts. Even after sending in a cancel notice that is within the timeframe , they say they never got it, even though we have a fax confirmation. Owner's will not take calls and they don't care about any company and keep charging you for nothing, This is a perfect example  line 3.07 .  AN ANNUAL FEE OF 85.00  WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL ACTIVE TERMINALS IN DECEMBER OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR REGARDLESS OF EMROLLMENT TIME. THIS FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON AND CANNOT BE PRO-RATED OR ABATED IN ANY WAY.  I guess this means if it's their fault of not, since I sent in the cancellation in time and they (NEVER) got it...

AGAIN, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Im sorry you do not feel that the owner does not care about this company but I can assure you how wrong you are. The owner is always first to correct his mistakes and if he did not put 100% dedication into this company we would not be here 25 years later.

As far has hidden clauses and secrets in the contract you are mistaken as well. At any point a contract is available in enlarged format. It is written in fine detail and is understandable if it is read and not skimmed and sighed. Nothing is left out it just takes time to read and many people dont care too. I dont think that is EPS negligence, do you?

Let me focus on the annual fee that hits in December now once a year. If you decide to read your contract you will see it is in section 3.07 and stated very clear and I quote, An Annual Fee of $85.00 will be charge to all active Terminals in December of each calendar year regardless of enrollment time. This fee is not refundable for any reason and cannot be pro-rated or abated in anyway. Again I cannot say this enough; its there if you read it. We are her to help you understand the terms of the contract.
