Im sorry you do not feel that the owner does not care about this company but I can assure you how wrong you are. The owner is always first to correct his mistakes and if he did not put 100% dedication into this company we would not be here 25 years later.  

As far has hidden clauses and secrets in the contract you are mistaken as well. At any point a contract is available in enlarged format. It is written in fine detail and is understandable if it is read and not skimmed and sighed. Nothing is left out it just takes time to read and many people dont care too. I dont think that is EPS negligence, do you?

Let me focus on the annual fee that hits in December now once a year. If you decide to read your contract you will see it is in section 3.07 and stated very clear and I quote, An Annual Fee of $85.00 will be charge to all active Terminals in December of each calendar year regardless of enrollment time. This fee is not refundable for any reason and cannot be pro-rated or abated in anyway. Again I cannot say this enough; its there if you read it.
