ElectronicDealz.com sent me a damaged, never working tablet, no packaging to secure during shipping. Internet

I purchased an "10inch flytouch 512M 4GB android 2.2 built-in WIFI GPS CAMERA HDMI 1080P superpad tablet pc" from Sears, Sears farmed the business out to ElectronicDealz.com. 

ElectronicDealz.com sent me this tablet with not one stitch of protective packaging inside the box.  The tablet was in its manufacturers box, that box was dumped in a FedEx (or usps box) and shipped to me, during Christmas time.  Also, they did not even put a receipt in the box.  Just sort of threw this thing in a box and mailed it, to make the order I guess.  It seems like it could possibly be used, previously damaged and mailed out. This might be why they didnt care to package it correctly? 

After my daughter opened her "Santa' gift to find that it was broken, I tried to contact this company, probably 5 times, Also tried Sears. Neither company was helpful in any way.  ElectronicDealz sent an automated email back saying sorry, we cant get to your email.  No other helpful information. Just no, cant get back to you. Sears on the other hand, they wrote back each and every time, with useless, unhelpful information. Even at one point calling me by their own customer service reps. name. 0.0

I finally received a reply for ElectronicDeals. They said I would be able to exchange the tablet, but I must pay for the shipping back. Now doesnt this seem funny, I have to pay for shipping when they sent me a damaged item in the first place?  

Sears was just as bad.  I had no idea I was buying from an outside company. I purchased this from sears, not this hack company.  This transaction has made me vow to never use either company again.  Very very terrible service.
