I met Bruce Schreier when he worked for Eliot Management Group. I saw him several times at networking events and he always had the same sales pitch; "he's a good family man, a single father that wants to do the best for every business he works with". I bought into his song and dance but should of looked into him and the company more. He worked for EMG but referred to himself as Bruce The Credit Card Guy almost as if he owned the business. I see him now claiming to be the owner of MLS Direct which he has a UPS mail store as his address probably to hide from where he is really located when people find out he lied to them.  He not only told me but a room full of Tucson Metro Chamber members that he gives free credit card terminals, businesses won't be signing a contract, no monthly minimums, no cancellation fee as it is not a contract and our credit would not be pulled.  All of these statements from Bruce Schreier were complete lies as he locked me into a 3 year contract with a $495.00 cancellation fee, a $35.00 monthly minimum and I had to buy the credit card equipment. My credit was pulled and he also did not divulge the annual PCI fee of $125.00. I have a small business and would never lie to one of my customers to make a sale. How does he sleep at night. If he really is a single father, I hope his offspring are not being taught these unethical practices. Such dishonesty but he will talk to you forever to get you to believe he is this saintly guy who cares about, family, the community and local businesses.

Please don't fall prey to this deceiptful person who has no integrity or ethics. On top of all of what he did to. E and then would not take my calls, he did this to others I know including even signing the business owners name on a signature line he had forgotten to get during his deceiptful sale to her. That is forgery. If you have one business with him in the past, hopefully you received the copies of the paperwork you signed with him. I did not get my copies nor did my friend, he told both of us he would bring them back after the paperwork was sub itted to his office!

I'm so sorry that you have lowered yourself to this level in an attempt to slander me. Your story  convinced me that you were doing so well that you had no question with a 3 year contract. Your bragging about how well your business was doing, you made me a believer in your story. Each time you try to tell a story about me , it seems to grow.
If you have anything to show any truth to your story then why have you not presented it to support anything your saying. You are the only person in 5 years and over 500 clients that has had any negative comments to say.
My address that I use is a mailing address and is for the safety of my children from stalkers and unstable people like you appear to be. Please cease your slander against me and my family.
I am concerned for the security of my children due to your accusations that are completely unfounded and has no validity. Please seek help for your anger and mental issues.
I forgive your actions as you must be hurting from losing your business.
