Elise Mitchell aka Elise Ajawara is a family law attorney.  She also provides her services to the court as a Minors Council and for that service if the parents are not able to pay her usual fee the court pays her $50.00 per hour.  Mrs. Mitchell is seen often in the courts as minors council this is most likely due to the fact that because of her horrible reputation and numerous reports on the Ripoff Report she is un-able to secure paying clients so she uses the courts to provide herself with a steady stream of income.  Unfortunatly the courts are either un-aware or have ignored her consistant favoritism of women in her cases as minors council.  I should know I was one of the women who's child was represented by her.  You would think that would be great for me.  But it was horrible for my child becuase she does not want your children to have a healthy relationship with thier fathers, she told me many times that she hates men they should not have any rights.  Her personal life unfortuatly is in termoil and she has a combative relationship with her husband which fuels her discontent and utter hate for men.  And she takes it out on them in court.  Her job is to be a neatural person and only do whats best for your child not manipulate things so that instead of you improving your sititation with your ex husband or boyfriend (your childs father) its worse because she does everything she possibly can to make sure men look bad in fromt of the judge she even lies and then claims victory if she gets what she wants becuase she has lied to the judge or invented facts that dont exist.

The only reson I did not put my full name is because she is still my childs council and I know first hand how vidictive she is.  When I was completing this report i checked the box that officials from the court could contact me I hope they do someone needs to stop this woman from hurting more families.
