Dale Critzer has been holding my last check from me for over a month now. He told me he has to hold it because of charge backs. I never once signed one document saying that once I quit he has to hold my last check for 120 days. Last week I received a call from him and he told me... " California's big but it's not that big". I took that as a threat. I asked him several times what that means and he said..."You will see". Now I'm on edge. Today 5/16/2012 he said he is still going to hold it. I have everything documented via text message from him. He told me that my commission is a bonus. In other words he is saying it is a privileged? This guy is a contractor for a cable provider in the Bay Area. His company name is Elite Marketing Group LTD. Look out for this guy. He is the biggest rip off out there and he enjoys it a little too much. He needs to be stopped.

I am shocked at the FALSE, BOGUS claims sent by Michael, Mike Gregory! He was never sole commission in fact he was a top paid employee while he was with Elite. I thought I was mentoring him for bigger and better opportunities with Elite.
Two weeks prior to him announcing he was leaving Elite he confided, boosted that he had passed the background check in CA again. I was shocked to hear that he was a convicted felon.
I question the authenticity of a site that allows people like Michael, Mike Gregory, self admitted, convicted of fencing stolen jewelry, Grand Theft!
He served 6 months to wipe out his charges in the state of Nevada, a felon that learned to work the system.
This young man left my company because he was offered more money. I wished him well and he was on his way!
Little did I know that he would resort to slander and under handed business practices while working for another Contractor..
Comcast and future employees watch out for this one!
