Look Jared, Cami, Donny and Lisa, I had a deal with you and somehow the deal went sour, I am not going to go into details. All I'm going to say is the remarks on both of our pages are way to personal and not professional. We both look like a couple of fools.

Here is what I propose. You do your business and I will do mine.If you post here I will certainly respond, as I havent in the last postS because, I felt it was getting a bit out of the realm of professionalism. There is plenty of work out there, I did what I had to do to get my money from you and I won, regardless of what I was given I won, the case.

Jared,The judge was very sympathetic that your wife was left holding the bag, this is why he made the decision he made and to be honest I was quite disapointed she was left in the courthouse trying to defend herself from something she knew nothing about as a "company owner".

 For the record to all that read this post, I would like to say im sorry this didnt work out for the Davis family. They are the ones that lost a very loyal and efficient money making machine.

 I hope we run into each other, do lunch sometime and discuss how we can  be more civil and work together to help those in need of catastrophe mitigation. Life is way to short to be fighting. Mr. Scozzari, I find it "ironic" or should I say "moronic" that you, retiredtexasleo from Houston and GAF Factory Installer from Sebastian Fl. all spell like 2nd graders.

Maybe, the next time you pretend to be a HOMEOWNER from Houston who was scammed out of their insurance check by Lisa, Jared & I, might I suggest that you purchase "Hooked On Phonics" or something similar beforehand? That way, as you change character, it will be more difficult to detect, as you won't misspell the same words after changing character... Your feeble attempts at being conwise, are painfully obvious to a 1st grader, who's experience as a Crime Sleuth is little more than their first time playing Clue. No wonder your a convicted felon. Your no better at being a criminal than you are as roof salesman....

But, yet again, we are left to stoop to your height, (yes that low) and provide a response, that would not be warranted, if this site required that sad little men such as yourself, provide some proof to support their claim. But, because this site provides fodder to those who use it as a tool to strike out at those for whom they are bitter, we have to waste another evening to defend our integrity. Now, I challenge you "retiredtexasleo/GAF Sebastian/Joe Scozzari" to support evidence of your claim. Because, had you done your homework, you would have realized that Elite Roofing has done only 1 repair job and that was while you, Joe, were employed with us last December. Not 1 repair since, all replacements.... If you still want to stick to your claim, provide us with the date of your complaint and the jurisdiction where the complaint was filed.

Secondly, the scenario you provided, could not have happened as you described because "NONE" of our customers have ever been asked for any payments until materials for the job were delivered to their home. Remember Joe, that was one of the reason's we fired you... You kept asking customer's to pay for their "free" estimates. Think of those customers like Ms. Lott, the police sgt. She made it clear that she would be happy to confirm that you asked to be reimbursed for the estimate that "you prepared"??? I can and will provide other names if need be who can also confirm that you asked for payments from them, again for what was supposed to be a free estimate.

Let us now talk about your lawsuit against us... Why don't you explain to these fine people what it is you won???? You sued for over $10k, but how much did you win??? Hold on people.... $800.00. But let's get to the real funny part, why did the Judge order judgement for even that much? $150 for the Tom Tom, which we agreed too, that Jared broke the day you took Lisa hostage. $400 for your flight back to Florida, which we agreed too, after you were released from the hospital for the fake heart issues you claimed to be experiencing while sitting in the back of the police car while being detained for taking Lisa hostage.

Finally, wages owed for the week you were employed.... Just what did the judge think you were worth that week Joe? Come on, say it..... MINIMUM WAGE! That's right, your 1/2 hr rant in court about how much a man of your "expertise" was worth, provided you with nothing more than those who say "Welcome to McDonald's may I take your order?" Guess the judge seen you for what you were really worth.. I have to admit though, If you would have slumped any lower, your wife would have had to put you in a car seat, just to take you home...

Please note, that while I make reference to those who work at McDonald's, make no mistake that I don't see Mr. Scozzari as their equal. Those employee's don't deserve to have someone like Joe make the same wage as they do... They not only perform their duties with honor and integrity and but more importantly they don't try to charge customers for taking their order... Something you and that man you call your wife, have yet to learn. I know, sounds mean, but I swear if you see her or talk to her/him, you'll understand why I make this depiction.

BTW, your opponent in the next Sebastian Fl, city council election called us.... Sucks to be you. I'm providing him with the court documents and police records that will show voters in your district a glimpse of what a little man Joe Scozzari is.

Would it be someone who resides in Texas or was born and raised in Texas who's mailing address/residence has been in Texas for 32 of his 33yrs?
