Elly's World (Beauty Internet company) From the 7th of August 2017 to the present, as of September 18th 2017, I have yet to receive my purchased order from Elly'sWorld. On August 7th, I ordered the Steam Flat Iron Hair Appliance. Since then, I have tried multiple times via email to contact them to let them know that I hadn't received what I paid for, and never got a response from them.  Internet

I don't have any other way to contact them. When I ordered the flat iron, at that same time, my $49.97 was immediately debit from my account but now it's been over a month and I've still got nothing. I feel like such a fool trusting someone online, but I have order items online with other companies and was successful, so I guess I assumed Elly's World would be the same way. I'm so hurt and angry, I don't know what to do. Can I please get help to have my money refunded or get what I ordered? It's now 9/18/17, And after I have made several attempts to contact Elly's World, & I am fed up. I've sent several emails asking them when would I get my steam hair straightener that I purchased for $49.97, ORDER #16942, on August 7th 2017. I can't even get anyone through the email address they used to notify me of my order being taken. I ordered The Steam Hair Straightener Appliance from them. After two emails sent to them, I emailed them again and left my phone number asking for anyone to call me but no calls.
