Elvessupply.com Wont refund my money after i returned items Minnetonka Minnesota

I purchased 3 different items from Elvessupply.com. I only received 1 correct item from them. I received 1 incorrect item. When i opened the box and saw it wasn't correct I didn't bother taking it out of the box and the box was half open when I got it. I contacted them and told them i got the wrong item.

They didn't believe me so I took pictures and wrote up a word document explaining with pictures what i ordered wasn't what I got. After a long time they agreed I got the wrong item. Upon attempting to reseal the box I noticed that the 3rd item i ordered was also in the box but only 2 and not the 4 i ordered. I sent them an email explaining this right away. ( They told me they couldn’t get that item and that’s why it didn’t ship the first time) 

After shipping the wrong item back with the other items they tried to say that we were good. I told them no I still need the rest of the back ordered trays (first item) that I didn’t get and I would find the other 2 items elsewhere. I was told the refund would come after confirmation of the wrong item being returned.

Month later I heard nothing and saw no refund. I asked them where my refund was and they said they got the returned wrong item but that was it and were only refunding the cost of that item. I told them no I returned the 2 clamps that were in the box also. They said that they show differently and need to investigate it. Another month and still nothing.

And after filing a complaint with the BBB I get an email threating me to delete it or they wont work with me on it or refund me my money.
