Ely Galland Ancajas Jumao-as Atty Ely Abusive and corrupt lawyer stealing from foreign business owners Cebu City Cebu

Atty Ely Galland Jumao-as was involved in setting up many dummy corporations for foreigns in Cebu. This includes Vector BPO, of which Ely was instrumental in setting up dummy directors to bypass the anti-dummy law of the Philippines.

During the course of his already illegal activities, Ely overstated his ability to represent his clients, quoted up to 10x as much as other lawyers for his services, and then went into hiding for 5 years when his dismal empire collapsed to avoid criminal prosecution for his misdeeds. Ely is still on the run from charges relating to Vector BPO and other matters that he refuses to face in court.

When confronted about his actions, Ely claimed to be "bullied by foreigners" and then filed his own actions against said foreigners and attempted to jail them. Ely is the most ethically broken lawyer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and a thorn in the good name of the Filipino people.

I have recently come across Ely offering to provide fake notary services for those in the real estate space to again steal from foreign spouses who have purchased properties with Filipinos through marriage. Ely is assisting the spouses in removing any rights the foreigners have to the properties after marriage and taking a portion of the proceeds via fake deeds of sale.
