Emc Mortage Company Ripoff, Trying to get a default on my bankruptsy Irvin Texas

I filed bankruptsy.My attorney informed me to resume regular schedule payments in June 2004, which I did. I was paying monthly when I recieved a letter in the mail from Emc attorney stating I was three months behind in my payments. They file for a motion of stay to the courts. I contacted my lawyer with proof that I was making Payments they assure me they would take care of it.I then recieved a letter from the courst stating a settlement was made between my attorney and EMC i had no knowledge of the deal. It stated I had to make attorney payments and resume my monthly payments in Nov. I made a payment on nov 1, 2004 and attempted to pay the extra I was suppose to pay on November 15,2004. I was told by EMC they can not except any payments because they filed for a default on November 11, 2004. I am trying to contact my attorney since this begun and i feel they don't want to deal with the situation. They failed to understand this is not fair or right that we can be treated this way when we are trying to do the right thing according to the law. I pary that I can get some help and the unfairness with this company is dealt with. Don't we have rights.
