We, like many others have lost our home to EMC's preditory practices. We fought long and hard but after we had used every available resource and even borrowed money, we lost our home. I dont understand how the government and other agencies can continue to turn their heads. Is Bear Sterns that powerful? I hope that some on-fire law firm will find enough of us scammed by this company to pursue a lawsuit. If you are seeking a mortgage company STAY AWAY from EMC, and make sure you do your research on any you might use.
