EMC is still doing the same fraud that the FTC fined them for in September 2008. But it is ONLY WORSE NOW. I have had a chace to see up front just how bad this mortgage company realy is. I have been lied to, sent to other employess who are very stupid and do not even know how to handle a simple call. They are trained to say whatever you want to HEAR. First getting thru to there system is an event in itself. It is tricky. Thats they deception they provide you. have you ever had any droped calls from EMC? Try thinking how many really. Have you ever had anyone at EMC even remotely provide you any help other than scam you? This is the WORST compamy of any source in the history of the United States. I am suprised the State of Texas has not shut them down. The FTC and Justice Department should file crimial charges aganst the Upper management. How and why JPMorganchase bought into them is a complete joke. I plan on taking this fraudent mortgage to court. It might take me 25 years to get it done. But this company has to pay the piper for all the pain and suffering they have caused to hundreds of thousands of customers across the United States. Everyone EMC customer has to STAND UP> You have rights! Write the FTC, Justice Department, United States Congress, finance an banking committee, your State attorney general. They have committed a CRIME. If you are facing a forclosure, file a Enjoin restraning order. Pay the court cost at your county you live in. You can go before a Judge, state your case and file a lawsuit in civil court. Whay jack with an attorney? They could not care less anyway. They are all lazy. Every EMC customer is a Victim of there vicious acts. Stand up! file your letters and go to court.
