I came home from visiting family members, i had left around 1pm and came home just before 4pm. When I left my new 10month old 50inch tv was working(under warranty still). I call them to request a fix cause clearly I just got home it wont turn on. They proceed to tell it is a natural disaster because I mentioned it was thunderstorming was going on.

Can you please explain how that is? No one was home. It wasnt on. Yet its somehow a natural ddisaster cause I thunderstorm hit, a thunderstorm hits atleast 3times a months. so im out of $350 I worked hard to get. What happen to companies taking care of THEIR product? If I buy something from the us. I dont expect it to break before the Chinese product. 

I've seen so many people have the same problem,  its about time we the people who work hard for our money actually take a stand and stop these companies from walking all over us.
