EMMEDIATE CREDIT SOLUTIONS ECS Does not issue refunds, customer service hangs up on you Murray Utah

 I was looking online to get information on an FHA loan. I filled out my contact information on the website www.FHAloan.org. The next day I get a phone call from Emmediate Credit Solutions. The person I spoke to told me they can repair my credit in just about 6 months and then I would quality for a home loan.

I agreed to pay the $99.00 process fee, a $2.00 fee for pulling my credit report and $59.00 a month. I was told the $2.00 fee would be processed right away and the $99.00 would be processes within the next 2 business days. In fact, both fees were processed that same day.

Later that evening, I went online and reseached ECS. I found a lot of complaints and an F rating from the BBB. I called the next day to cansel my membership. When the person asked me why I wanted to cancel I told him that the company has too many complaints. He then went into a rehearst script about how all the compaints were false. Regardless, I wanted to cancel. The cancellation was easy, but it's been more than 10 days and still no refund for my $99.00

I called ECS about my refund and was told that it was just processed. A week went by, still no refund. I called ECS again, the girl who answered the phone was not too pleasent (she sounded like she hated her job) told me the the refund was in the system and I just have to wait. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. I told her that was not good enough and she hung up on me. it's time to call my bank and file a "fraud claim".

I am so sick of dealing with these types of companies. I am not going to sit back anymore and just take it. Please do yourself a favor and research any company you do business with. There are highly rated credit repair companies out there; my advise to you is to choose another credit repair company with high ratings and stay way from ECS.
