EMT Medical On-Line Medical Profile Scammed 83 yr old woman into purchasing a useless service you cannot cancel and continues to add charges. Internet

My 83 yr old mother was contacted and signed up with EMT MEDICAL to have her medical records available by phone to emergency medical personnel.  She gave them her checking account number and they began debiting her account monthly under then name ONLINE MEDICAL PROFILE 1-800 458-9148.  A year after she signed up they added new "hosting" charge of $9.95 per month.  When I tried to call them, they NEVER have anyone available to speak to you on any of their phone options and then they disconnect the call.  These people obviously pray on the elderly.  Unfortunately, the elderly don't use the Internet and research these things before they sign up.  This is clearly a case of FRAUD and ELDER ABUSE!
