In March of 2008, I purchased a floppy disk drive from www.emtcompany.com. I have quite a few documents on floppy disks and wanted to load them onto my home computer. I didn't use the product until August, 2008 and only then realized that it did not have an A drive on it. I took it to work and tried it there, and the same thing -- no A drive. I then notified them of the problem and was told they could do nothing because the 30 days was up for returning it. Needless to say, they will never get my business again and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone else. The item only cost $19.95 so they could have replaced it with one that worked, but no such luck.
