Encante Skin/Eye I paid shipping and handling for a free trial offer. Now I get a collection letter from Collect Pros that I owe $188.48 or what?? I didn't receive any product after my free trial. They are going to ruin my credit. Internet

I ordered a free trial offer off of Facebook for Encante Skin products. They said they would send a free trial offer for shipping fee's only. I did recieve a very small tube of product, as in sample size. I just recieved in the mail a letter from a company by the name of COLLECT PRO'S stating I owe a debt in the amount of $188.48 

Seriously, for what? I tried to call the debt collection company and it will not allow you to leave a message, it says you have to file a complaint and or dispute online. Well I tried that and all it says is that the company Encate Skin says I owe for product that I never recieved. It will not allow you to leave any dispute on line. I then tried to locate a phone number for Encante Skin Care and there is no reachable phone number listed online. WOW, what a scam. If this goes on my credit report I will sue this company and the collection company too. Such fraud, and to think Facebook allows it to be sold on their sight, even makes it worse.
