I ordered a trial of eye and face creams for just the shipping and handling charges, with the right to cancel at any time after the trial period, which I thought was a month on the page that I ordered from (which has since disappeared).  I assumed if I cancelled before the next shipment, that I would not be charged.  

I cancelled 12 days after receiving the product and was assured by the customer service person that my credit card would not be charged.  My next credit card had a total of $198 charged to it on the day I cancelled and the next day.  I protested with my credit card company, and then found out that it had to be cancelled within 14 days of the order date, not the received date, so the credit card company found in favor of them.  The sample was charged full price to me, which I did not understand from the original webpage, which said that future billing would stop on cancellation.

I have found more complaints about their business practices online, but none on Ripoff Report.
