Endless Auto LLC Scam,dishonest,disrespectful & unprofessional Cocoa Florida

 My wife and I began by going to Endless Auto LLC for a vehicle that was posted online for a good price. When we arrived, the vehicle was said to been sold earlier in the day right before we arrived. After searching the lot, we found a Chevy Impala for a decent price. We were quoted for 2500 and I paid that the same day and we were left with a balance of nearly 700 and the original date to be paid was 2 weeks after the purchase date of September the 16th.

My wife later contacted the salesman who sold us the car and asked if we could pay the remaining balance at a later date on October 6th and he said that is fine since the dealership tag last a month anyways just don't wait until later than that. On October 1st the vehicle was repossessed. The owner said he called me once and neglected to leave a voicemail. During the week we tried to get the location of the car but they refused to give us the location to get my personal items until the remaining balance was paid off. My wife called on Friday the day we got paid to make sure the remaining balance was all we needed to pay to get the vehicle back and location of vehicle and the owner eventually told her " you have a fuc*ing remaining balance, pay it or go f*ck yourself", and hung the phone up on her.

The entire time we were just trying to find the location of the car and how much it would cost to get it back and they did nothing but ran us around in circles. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful service I have ever encountered with a business. I feel that the car posted was never there and was set up to draw people in so they can try to sell others on their car. Then the fact my car was repossessed one day after the due date of the payment and the owner called me only once and neglected to leave a voicemail seems like shady business. Then the fact that they withheld my personal belongings from me by not telling me the location of the car isn't legal. My possessions cannot be held only the car itself. The way we were treated in the entire process was wrong and the actions of this business should have consequences.
