My order was placed the end of November with this online company. They sent many robo emails about how their turn around time was 2 to 4 weeks unlike that of others. Xmas came and went and no delivery of product. Another email about how many orders they received, but they still said to be patience.

I even had a tracking number. Suddenly today 2/8/19 I received an email saying they cancelled and refunded my money. They claim that my payment info did not go through. I was instructed to check with my bank to see the refund. Hey guys, I used a credit card! Don't shop with them!
