engrved.com I ordered 4 items for christmas and did not receive them

I ordered 4 items for Christmas on November 16, 2018. They were advertising the products would be guaranteed Christmas delivery.

I started receiving robo emails (on 11/19/18, 11/30/18, 12/10/18 and 12/13/18) from them stating how they beat the industry standard  in turn around time. I reached out to them on December 16th to check on the order and received an email back - Thanks for reaching out. We are very sorry for that, its been busy hours due to the Christmas wind around us. We will reach you as soon as possible before Christmas.

On December 17, 2018 I received an email saying my order is on the way, showing all 4 items that I ordered. I received 1 item on December 24, 2018. I have yet to receive the other 3 items. They charged my credit card on November 20, 2018.

I have emailed and emailed and get the robo reply that my order was shipped and gives my the tracking number for the one item. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to voice messages that I left. They say to facebook messenger them but that has been taken down. When you email them at help@engrved.com I just get the same robo response that it shipped.
