i was supposed to receive my replacement visa card in march/02/2010,but i never received it.they said they sent it but i couldnt track it in mail since they had it sent tru normal mail they said.i think its a lie since im talking to them for 4 moonths and i still dont have my card.they always find excuses saying it was hollyday,or just some delays in factory.anyways...if there is someone outthere who think they can help please do.i live in romania so its very hard for me to use other ways but mail.
