Epassporte fraudulent behavior Los Angelos california

I obtained employment from an internet company. The company I obtained employment from told me to get an epassporte card so I could have my paycheck transferred to the card which was Epassporte . They told me I had to deposit 25.00 to activate the card. I deposited 25.00 from a prepaid debit card. They waited until I deposited the 25.00 and then asked me to upload my drivers license and all sorts of documentation including the card I deposited the money on. They wanted a copy of the front of it, and demanding it had my name on it. The card was a temporary card with no name. Obviously a good excuse not to give me my money back.

They should have asked me for this information before they took my money.

So now, I am 25.00 less because I wanted to get my paycheck which I still haven't gotten 3 days late. Seems these two companies are scamming employees as my employer emailed me and told me I had to pay them 40.00 out of my paycheck to get a card.
