I run a call center in INDIA and as my clients are from U.S. I felt epassporte is the easiest and fast way to get funds transferred and purchased a Epassporte card.
After few days they blocked my card for no reason.
When i logged into my account i found a message "For security purposes your Account has been placed in a temporary fund protection mode.
For more information and further instructions please contact our Account Holder Services Department at your earliest convenience. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause."
When i saw this message i called customer care and every time it is an answering machine no will answer the call. they keep you on hold for more than 15 minutes, no one will get back to you. Poor customer support ever i found.
So as their was no way to communicate i sent nearly 20mails and my 21st mail was:
"Dear,
I am fed up with your Mails and services, you never serve customers and "EPASSPORTE" is a big fraud. i have all the proofs to say that.
Do you really serve your customers.? Check your data base how many times
i sent maisl to you.? how many times i left messages in your answering message .? Do you know its more then one year my Account has been placed in a temporary fund protection mode. How many times you want me to send
scanned copies.? Don't you find attachments i sent to you in your INBOX.?
You just cheat people and play with their money. I even have another account with EPASSPORTE, even their the same . You blocked my accounts for no reason. i sent all the required documents more then 20 times.
If your are doing real genuine business call me and resolve my problem. If i won't get any response with in 7 days i am going to file a case on you that's for sure.

Every time i send a mail they asked me to send the scanned copies of my ID ,credit card, etc proofs. Every time they asked i sent with out fail but they never activated my card. My card balance was more then $200.
As i thought they won't activate my card i bought a second card with Epassporte after 15 days again they blocked the card. again the same story got repeated and even my second card got a balance of more then $200.
