EPassporte.com is a SCAM Marina Del Ray California

Pokerstars.com has placed epassporte.com as an option to place money into the poker account, so when I was having trouble putting money directly from my credit cards into the poker website I put $30 dollars into epassporte.com to transfer to pokerstars.com, there was a $5 "loading fee" (free money for them), so my balance is $25, I decide not to play poker and ask to put my money back on my credit card, they say they dont do that, so I give my checking account info and wait for them to deposit two small amounts of money so I verify how much they deposit so they know the checking account is mine, so my checking account is verified and now I try to get my money into my bank account (and I accept a 2 dollar fee), suddenly im told that there is a problem with the account so i need to contact "customer service" I am on hold for 30 minutes and finally am told that my account is "flagged" by the system and for my own safety I have to send a bunch of information, A Copy of a Government Issued Photo ID, A Copy of a voided check, A Copy of the most recent bank statement of the checking account, A Copy of the Front AND Back of the Credit/Debit card used to load the ePassporte Account., A Copy of the most recent statement of the Credit/Debit card used to load the ePassporte Account, which clearly displays your address (or a copy of a Utility bill with legible address, if not on your Credit/Debit card statement), forgive me for not trusting these motherless bastards but im not giving them any information, they can eat my $25 dollars, but its a warning to anyone out there that if they put their money in, nothing will come out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after several emails during the past two months trying to get my money I called today and asked the guy why my account was flagged, he kept repeating "epassporte reserves the right to flag any account" and I kept saying "I know, but tell my WHY it was flagged" and of course he had no answer "the system did it", let me tell you the real reason it was flagged, because I was trying to get my money out!!!, now they are holding my money as hostage for my personal information which they WONT be getting F**K ePassporte.com and F**K pokerstars.com for putting the snake in my doorway.
