Was solicited by phone by a guy named Michael Selber, Never talked to him again, I guess he's busy getting more suckers. I just happened to have a customer at the time who needed a laptop badly. Otherwise, I usually check out companies on reseller ratings, ripoff report and of course just a general google search.
I was rushed and talked to the guy on the phone so unfortunately, I felt comfortable. He got his money back and we got hosed. After reading the other ripoffs, I'm not too encouraged. Maybe I'll write Arnold and see what he'll do for us. When I call, I get EPC Parts. Apparently, they are changing their name again so they can continue the ripoff. They are going by BUILTSMARTUSA as well as EPC Parts now.

WE GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY ALSO

We ordered a laptop from this people and they never sent it, make long story short they won't return our money.
At first we were able to get in hold of people but now we can't, there is only one guy that would answer our E-mails.
We have copies of all E-mails that this guy has writen to us, they even messed up by sending us an E-mail that should have been sent out only to their own people.
In that E-mail, well here's the actual E-mail that they sent us by mistake. " The Quebec scammer is still attempting. A Merchant caught 3 attempted transactions, apon further investigating them, this person also attempted 3 times in March, to 2 different addresses. Be very careful!!! In case you are wondering, the AVS, Address Verification System does not function for orders outside of the U.S. Thanks ".
Here's his E-mail address just incase any body wants to attempt to get something from this guy.
We have been trying for a long time and he keeps giving us the run around on the matter.

When they realized that they had sent us the wrong E-mail they sent us another one letting us know, well here's the E-mail that they wrote us also: " Sir/Madame, Please disregard the earlier email that sent out. It was inadvertenly sent out to the wrong mail group. It was to sent out to the merchants to notify them of some possible online fraudulent activity that may be occuring. This has absoutely nothing to do with you. Once again, please accept our apologies for any confusion this may have caused you. Thank you Mathew Latimer ".
If any one gets in hold of any of these guys could you let us know and if we get in hold of something, we'll let you know, and you all can count with us to help with anything.
I was thinking to take this matter to court.

They stole the money out of my bank account on 12 Jan 2004 it is now April 1st, and no answers......
