Epcor Water Doubles the water rate every year for the last 3 years. When done water rate will go up over 200% by 2015. Buckeye Arizona

Arizona, Cities Suprise, Buckeye, Sun City fell under American Water. American Water is water resourse Company that buys the water rights to these cities and charges for water use. American Water fell into some trouble and was purchased by Epcor Water ( A Canadian Co.).

Epcor insisted that if the buy out were to happen water rates would need to go up to cover the cost of the American Water purchase. This was voted on by the ACC ( Arizona Corporation Commision) and was approved against the protests of the community this would affect. This buy out took water rates from approx. $17.00-$19.00 to approx. $49.00-$50.00 per month. This occured in 2012 and rates are going to continue to sky rocket until 2015, each year rates are to raise approx. 30%.

Epcor has recooped more than enough money from the buy out, now it is time to stop and lower rates and make it fair for everyone. The City of Scottsdale (a wealthy city) water rates are $10.75, compaired to working, middle Class cities of $45.00. End the Fleecing of the Middle Class, End Epcor.
