Epenizo/Avalon Inc. ripoff, deception, false promises Salt Lake City Utah

I attended their seminar and was sucked in to what they were selling. I paid it for about 18 months. In my paperwork I found where it said $300.00 early cancellation fee. That tells me I can pay that and get out; but they claim that is just from the $10 and $25 extra fees every month.

When I wrote and asked (since you can't ever speak to anyone on the phone) HOW to close the account because I didn't use it. They simply went and took the $300 out of my checking account. I ask for information not telling them to do it at that time. I wanted to close but I wanted to know when it was coming out, not just doing it. I stopped the payment from coming out every month. Then they send me a letter telling me I still owe them because I had things they gave me like software, and a credit card processing machine; if I pay $600 they will call us even.

I never received any machine, and I have no website because the other part of this RIPOFF deleted it. So I have nothing of their's. They didn't uphold their part. I don't believe I owe them a THING. I hope people will check out what they are getting into before they get involved. They are deceitful and should be put out of business. I don't know if it will do any good bit I am writing the attorney general in Utah about ePenzio/Avalon, Inc. and Net-Biz.
