Hi,
I do not mean to insult this post because quite frankly I used to do the same thing, however Epoch is a credit card processing company for Adult websites meaning that this individual purchased a subscription to a porn site and wants to now deny the transaction. This is typically what we see in these cases which is another reason epoch is heavily bashed on here, people just don't want to admit that they watched porn, but rather want to deny the charges. Life does not work that way folks, it is true watching adult content is absurd by itself, however if you bought the service, pay the appropriate fee. Another comment I would like to add is why the individual did not just ask for his credit card to be blocked?. This a typical case of one flew over the cukoos nest, a guy who obviously watches porn trying to act like an ordinary member of society. Good luck with that sir.

1. What are they billing you for?
2. Why are they billing you for this? Have you signed a contract with them?
3. How did they get your bank account information?
4. Have you contacted your bank to stop the payments?
