Eric B Johnson Eric B Johnson sued by Ohio AG now finance mgr at my EZ Auto Broker Mount Vernon Ohio

 In 2008 Eric B Johnson was sued by the Ohio Atty. Gen. for failing to provide proper disclosures to customers. The suit also alleged that highland Bank and Mr. Johnson charge it as much as one half of the mortgage payment to customers for mortgage insurance and failed to disclose the increase and our monthly payment. Mr. Johnson was fined $25,000 for his part and S violation of what seems to be a violation of the consumer sales practice act Mr. Johnson is now the finance manager at my easy auto broker and Mount Vernon Ohio. It is doubtful that he is able to be in the mortgage business sense being sued by the Ohio Atty. Gen. so now he is and the car business financing cars. The state of Ohio should crack down on things like this and not allow people that have been sued and one line of the finance business to work in another part of the finance business
