Mr. Eric Fischer is in real trouble, I have filed a police report with the New York City Police Dept., for being sexually fondled by Mr. Fischer.
I am a model represented by a top agency in New York City, to protect my identity I will not give my name, but I will give this story. Which is absolutely the truth.

I found Eric Fischer initially on One Model Place about one year ago. He contacted me telling me I should come see him. I did not ever reply and ended up signing with top agent in New York. Instantly, I started testing with lots of wonderful photographers.

My agent ended up sending me to Eric Fischer.
Little did they know that he had been blacklisted from almost every agency in New York. (They also will never use him again from NOW ON)

When I got to his place he had beautiful cats and a nice, clean small apartment. He seemed nice and talked a lot about himself and how he has photographed all the "Top" models.

(In reality he has not photographed all the tops, just a few.) Then he told me to do a great job for him and he would consider me for Cosmopolitan Magazine. (Which he doesn't even contribute to.) Then he told me to wear a very oversized dress. He wanted to put oil on me, he started rubbing my breasts, that didn't bother me until he started concentrating on my nipples, and then he started to pinch them. I told him that it made me uncomfortable. He told me the "fashion" industry was this way, and that he was a professional. I told him to stop immediately. He rolled his eyes and did. The energy of the shoot totally changed. Almost like a child getting the candy taken away.

I can imagine that other little girls might me intimated to tell him to stop. I don't know about you, but "professionals" especially photographers usually use makeup artists and a more coordinated stylist to handle all that stuff the requires oil preparation. When I have shot with other photographers I have been completely nude except for a shirt or something small and not felt even slightly uncomfortable, because they ask "are you comfortable and usually have two or three girls on set.

I didn't leave just quite yet; I thought I would be overreacting. Then I felt like all he wanted was to see me breasts, he kept re-adjusting the dress, over and over. I could understand him having to fix something because of the angle or to keep me covered, but with Eric it was backwards, he kept re-adjusting to take me breast out.

See I have been on many tests here in New York, and with a lot less clothing, sitting in more suggestive poses and totally trusted the photographers. I was not even concerned because I knew that I was safe. With Eric Fischer, it was not a safe environment. You could feel the energy. His intentions were very clear.

So, the session continued, I changed to the next outfit, he told me it had to be sexier. We worked for a few shots then he told me to take it off, and to put on a pair of tights. I did he told me to just cover my breasts. I didn't question his judgment until he told me to start showing my breasts. I told him that the agency would not use those types of images because it was not needed. Then he told me that there was more provocative shot in my book and what was the problem. I told him straight out, I trusted the photographers that I was working with and that I did not trust him. He got razzled, and very pout.

I told him the session was over, and I was going on another test that day. He told me that my modeling career was over. That he knew so many people in the industry and that he would never use me for any work.
I told him I would never work with him even if he were shooting for "real magazines."

Then as if he could foresee what was going to happen, he told me he wanted to be clear that if I told anyone that he touched my breasts that he would totally deny it and mock it like it never happened.

As soon as I walked out the door of his apartment I called my booker and told her the story from above. She asked me to go to the Police. I did.

Then when I got home, I looked up Eric Fischer on the internet, found this web page and was shocked to see he has been doing this for what looks like years, and gotten away with it.

I am sure when and if he responds to this he will deny it, just like he denies everything else he has done, or better yet blame it on his "internet stocker" or his jealous competition. Well, I got news for Mr. Fischer, you know who I am and I am not a stocker, or a photographer, furthermore, I doubt any photographer in the world would be jealous of you! I do not own a lightsaber or exist in a fictious world. I am a professional and you took advantage of the wrong person.

People reading this. This BOY is a sexual predator in the body of a 30-year-old bald man, he prays on models and girls; he has destroyed his talent by his sexual sickness.

#6 REBUTTAL Individual responds

Completely untrue story.

AUTHOR: Eric - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 25, 2007

These are totally untrue accusations. This story is completely made up.

I have known about these ridiculous claims since they first appeared 2 years ago. It is common knowledge that you should ignore stupid things that crazy people wrote about you on the internet. The more well known you become, the more they appear. People think that because they are anonymous they can make up anything they want without consequence. It's pathetic and disgusting. This website seems to support the idea of posting totally fictitious stories anonymously without any proof or fact whatsoever. Even when they are made aware that there is a anonymous campaign against an entire group of professionals, they ignore it. It leaves this site with a credibility of zero. it's slander for free.

While I have done my best to ignore these posts, I realize there may still be a few ignorant people that read them and actually believe them.

A few facts:

1. I have never spoken the words (or any derivative of) that this person supposedly quotes me as saying to anyone...in my life. Anyone who knows me can tell you I don't speak like that. I don't brag about myself or the people I have photographed, and I never in my life told a model that she wasn't going to make it for any reason. It's such a cheesy thing to say. those words would never come out of my mouth.

2. I have always and continue to work happily with EVERY model agencies in NYC. The suggestion that I am blacklisted is ludicrous. On the contrary, I am working more than ever.

3. The suggestion of a fake business is ridiculous. This liar simply tried to use as many inflammatory words in the title as possible. Besides my commercial and editorial work, I have been paid to test (literally) hundreds if not a thousand girls over the years for every top agency in NYC. All tests were done at my apartment with one of my many makeup artists, as it is common for photographers to test at the place they live.

4. I use a makeup artist for every test that is arranged through an agency. for this person to suggest that their agent arranged a test with me where I didn't use a makeup artist is highly improbable, 1 out of 100.

5. In the event that a girl made a complaint like this to an agent, I would have, without a doubt, immediately received a call from the agency to find out what was going on. It never happened.

6. To suggest that she was touched in a non-sexual way to fix something is wholly possible... but when it is suggested that I pinched and rubbed, it crosses the line to being fistion. it is obvious that the story is completely made up, since I know I've never done that.

7. contrary to this person's claims, no model has ever told me that she or he didn't trust me. Another reason why I know this person is a liar. I have also never been told by a model that she would not work with me again. It's almost funny that the writer of this story is quoting me in a conversation that I never took part in.

8. We never use Oil when we shoot.

9. Artmix is my previous agent (not the name of my company) and has nothing to do with this person's story. I don't understand why this person mentions them in the title, other that the fact that they didn't know any better and simply copied any information they could find off of my publicly available website.

10. The most important fact, There has never been a police report filed against me for any reason.

In 2005 when I learned of these ridiculous posts, I contacted a lawyer and visited my local police precinct with the intent to file charges against whoever was making these things up. They checked, and there were no reports made about me. Unfortunately that meant that I could not discover who wrote these things. One thing they both told me (beside the fact that it was more trouble than it was worth and incredibly expensive) was that if someone had in fact filed a police report against me I would surely receive a visit by police detectives. I certainly did not. Obviously the person writing this ( A model) is a liar.

I could go on and on, and I am sure there are a few more points I could make to prove that this person is insane , but I think it is obvious that aside from my personal information (which is available to anyone), nothing the above "a model" wrote is true. The dialog is completely fabricated...straight out of a movie. He/She should sop being so pathetic and concentrate on making their life better rather than unsuccessfully try to damage someone else's.

Anyone can make up stories and post them on this site...completely anonymous. I don't see how anyone could possibly believe them.

Larry - Madrid, New York

For your clarification - I am not the same "susan" who posted the other message.

I'm sure there is more than one susan in the modeling world (in NY).

I am responding because your message is misleading to the public.

thank you

Larry.

There are 9 million people in the greater NY area - susan is not an unusual name, and obviously (you should be able to tell by the tone and syntax of our writing alone) we are not the same susan. Please take your amateur sluthing elsewhere, you are obviously wasting your talents here...

Susan, you say you haven't worked with this guy in your rebuttal dated 10/12/05. Yet you have a posting dated 10/11/05 that says you were treated the same way by him. Hmmm....

#2 Consumer Suggestion

To: Paul - Anaheim, California

AUTHOR: Susan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 12, 2005

Paul,

You need to know what you are talking about before you spout off about a situation.

I'm a model in NY, have a profile on OneModelPlace (where I have found a lot of good work), and also work with several solid land-based agencies in NY.

I have not worked with Mr. Fischer, so I cannot comment on his conduct; but I have worked with MANY professional photographers here, and know about the way an agency works here.

Your assumptions regarding agencies in NY are completely off base, as a real agency would NEVER have it's own in-house studio. In fact, it is illegal in many states to run an operation this way, as well as unethical in any case (these are called "photo mills").

Also, not all photographers have studios!

I've worked with MANY great location photographers. They didn't have studios.

In a couple cases, we did makeup and hair (with a stylist) at the apartment of the photographer, then went to our locations (stores, outdoors, bars, resturants, etc - to make photos).

So again, the "studio" is not an issue.

And I repeat, I don't know Fischer, and have not worked with him, so I can't respond about his work or character. But the issues that "Paul" raises are not relevant to the real modeling world.

Wait a minute lady, you're trying to tell us that a TOP modeling agency sent you to a small apartment to have pictures taken?

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, September 25, 2005

That doesn't sound right at all!

I would think that a top modeling agency in New York would have their own studio and their own photographers on staff. They shouldn't have to send you anywhere.

And, if they did decide to have pictures taken by an outside photographer, why in the world would they recommend someone who is working out of a small apartment? That doesn't sound right at all.

Your story doesn't make sense.

If you're going to come here and lie and accuse somebody, at least come up with a story that makes some sense. Otherwise, you're the fraud.
