Eric Kay of Complete Commercial Maintenance Illegal use of another individual's General Contracting License San Diego California

Eric Kay has deceitful business practices.  He plotted a scam for Rod Tower (listed on his website as "Construction Manager") to take the General Contractor License Exam, so that Eric could use the license in his business.  Rod agreed to do this in exchange for a personal debt owed.  Rod is not a part of the company, nor does he do any work for the company.  Rod only receives a compensation in exchange for this use.  It is very deceitful because Eric Kay does not know anything about construction and neither does Rod Tower.  He is just good at studying for tests.  Eric brags about this fact and laughs that he will make alot of money off people's stupidy.  Meanwhile, If you hire him for work, you will be getting a bunch of subcontracted uninsured illegals doing the job.

If you are considering hiring him, ask many detailed questions about the job first and you will understand he does not know what he is talking about.  He relies on people's stupidity and often brags about that.  You are better off going to an honest professional as there are plenty in San Diego.  He has a janitorial company and is able to sometimes convince people that this is a construction company as well.
