My husband and I are no longer together and our family has split due to his relationships at this company. There are many women who work on field with the Labor, Heavy equipment, Field tech and while working they flirt and have unproffesional relationships with the workers. I have a ton of respect for the CEO but these women they hire you have to question.

I understand work is work but many of times while out with our family, These "Supervisors" would call and have no work conversations and total unappropriate relationships. One of the workers "Heather" she talks to these guys as if she was a girlfriend by "Honey", "Babe" or Dude in and the text messages from these "women" are just enough to have any women question. I asked my husband once about these behaviors and he says he's affraid to be rude or address this situation for the sake of losing his job..LAdies if your man is interested in joinin this company good luck.
