I was offer an Item by a guy with an E-bay ID OZMT from Belgium. The offer seem pretty good, he sent me e-mails, even photographs of the items. He told me that the transaction should be made by an escrow company. (Escrow-bay.com) and that will be 100% safe. I open an account with this escrow company, and thay immediately contact me. Every thing looked legal and honest. I wire the money by Western Union ($1442.00USD). I got an e-mail back from them confirming that they did received the money transfer an they were contacting the seller (OZMT) to make the shipping of the item.
It has been a week and I have not received any information of the shipment either from the escrow company or by the seller.
Even worse the home page of this escrow company is now unavailable, this confirming me that all this was a well design scam.
I just want people to know, that there are a lot of this type of companies in the internet, especially in the actuion web pages. I probably will not get my money back, but please be careful out there. There is an article already in MSNBC about this fraudalent companies.
