These people charged my credit card, close to $100 worth of merchandise that I never ordered or received. I was alarmed while checking my credit card balance, and noticed a charge that I never made, nor authorized! I immediately called the number listed by the charge, and spoke to customer service, at bka lush skin,. I informed this so-called company, that I was not aware of a charge that was appearing on my credit card statement, that I had reported my card compromized, lost/stolen,.in lew of my account being compromised.

I spoke very friendly and calmly to this customer service man, whereas, he became very rude and disrespectful towards me and literally all but told me to "Shut Up...., in so many words.", when I informed him that the charge they made on my Mastercard, was unauthorized and FRAUDULENT. The customer service " JERK", basically insinuated that I was lying....and I was so upset, and furious, that I told him I would be contacting the better business bureau to report FRAUDULENT Business practices, so that other unsuspecting people, would not get robbed! BUYER BEWARE....this company is bogus, FRAUDULENT, and will rip you off!!!
