Etitle Loans DOUBLE CROSSING SCAMMERS!!!! Miam Florida

I am ONE PISSED OFF CONSUMER!!  The representative who serviced my loan walked me through the contract paragraph by paragraph and briefly explained what i was reading.  Once we finished and before i signed the contract, i double checked with the rep that i curently have full coverage insurance and that i decline the insurance they offer.  She said no problem, as long as you have insurance, you do not need this coverage added to your contract.  Great, i signed the contract and she gave me the money.  When payment of the loan became due, i didnt have enough to pay it off, so i paid only the interest.  When doing this, they start again with a new contract.  This time, they wanted to add insurance. 

Again, i went through the whole process again and presented them my current insurance.  Well, this time they said since your new contract starts in the middle of the month, you will need to pay your insurance now.  I told them my insurance gets deducted at the end of the month every month, why would i pay them double??  Well, make a long story short, i had to add to the contract insurance.  So as you can see, the rep lied to me.  At this point, i was fuming.  The following month i went ahead and paid the entire balance.  Etitle said i will be receiving my title to the car within 30 days.  Well, its been three months and still have not received it.  They said the title was sent certified 30 days after i paid the loan. 

I never received notice of any certified letter.  When i called to complain about this, etitle said we have the title here because it was sent back to us.  We are going to put this in the mail today, which was three weeks ago.  I still  have not received it.  I called today and demanded where my title is and she said its going out in the mail today.  At this time i flipped!!!! I told her, you said you sent it out three weeks ago and etitle said its going out today and hung up on me.  If i do not receive my title with the next few business days, i will have to retain a attorney and get this solved.  I loathe this company and will never do this again, not with them nor any other company!!!!!  Sincerely, ONE PISSED OFF CONSUMER
