Etour and Travel Too good to be true, VACATION TIME!!!!! orlando Florida

 Etour and travel, the most awful vacation offer, that I ever purchased:

Sales rep was offering me 2 unit for the price of $590 for 5 night in Orlando, plus park tickets, plus you can use ALL amenities in the resort Fantasy World, included waterpark. Sounds like a good offer!!!

When I get there to check in, I got 1 unit, 2bedroom, with no internet in the resort, plus at the front desk I been told that water park $25 per person to use it.

I call the company right a way to find out what is going on, they simply told me that the info that I got its incorrect, and they can’t change anything, and they can’t do refund, they can’t cancel it, and they don’t want to compensate anything.I spend 2 hr on the phone with this company, trying to find out what is going on, no refund, no changes.....

I end up to pay extra money to get my second unit for my vacation.

My advice, before book anything, check internet review, check BBB, before you will buy anything. They got bunches complain over there.
